I help you turn your idea into a clear brief: who the product is for, its format, intended markets, SKUs, quantities, target price and timeline. We agree the scope and record it in a signed brief.

I help you compare fragrance samples and suppliers, select the scent or formula for each SKU, and calculate the oil quantities needed to cover your planned production. We record your sample approval before moving forward.

I help you work through the contract, deposit and proforma invoice, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers. You have a clear view of what you are committing to and which payments and orders are needed to proceed.

I coordinate the work from fragrance compound through maceration, with the formula and agreed specifications recorded. This gives the production team a defined formula to work from.

I help identify and coordinate the documentation and reviews needed for your product and intended markets with suppliers and relevant specialists. This includes IFRA documentation, safety data sheets, CLP, REACH and allergen declarations where applicable.

I coordinate ingredient information, warnings, allergens, net content and batch fields using the relevant product documentation. I help bring that information together in the artwork so you can approve the label before it goes to print.

I help you select and coordinate bottles, caps, boxes, cellophane and master cartons, including artwork and print. We check that the components work together and are available for the planned production.

I help arrange and confirm storage for raw materials before production and for finished goods before shipping. Both locations are established as part of the project, rather than left until goods need to move.

I coordinate mixing, filling, packing, cellophane wrapping and master boxing against the agreed specifications. I also follow through on EAN barcodes and batch records so the finished goods are identifiable and documented.

I help coordinate dispatch, freight and shipping requirements, including dangerous-goods arrangements where applicable. I follow through on the packing list, final invoice, balance payment and proof of delivery.
